Today we meet Remy and Ruger, my guinea pigs and special guests this morning! We’re in John 13 talking about serving, especially serving without receiving anything in return. Jesus served us in the ultimate way by dying for us to forgive our mistakes, something we can never repay. Instead, we’re called to serve people in the same way–expecting nothing in return.
So the challenge today is to do something for someone without expecting anything in return. Get creative! Maybe you ask your teacher how you can pray for them. Or do some chores around the house without receiving any allowance for it. Or go grocery shopping for someone who can’t go for whatever reason.
